Our approach to quality has been and continues to drive our business growth, it’s what sets us apart.

We work closely with our stakeholders, customers and suppliers to establish the highest quality standards throughout the customer service journey. We adopt a forward-looking view on future business decisions which may have impacts on our ability to provide customers with a quality service, minimise environmental impacts or compromise the safety & welfare of our direct and indirect employees.

We are commitment to quality and continuous improvement as certified to ISO 9001:2015

Environmental

Preventing pollution, minimising waste
Continu recognises, and is committed to, maintaining the highest quality standards whilst reducing the environmental impacts associated with the provision of its services.

We are committed to the concept of continual improvement and the prevention of pollution and minimization of waste. Environmental issues are viewed as core business values.

The company set and monitor specific improvement objectives to minimise waste and pollution.

We operate our environmental management system to assist with the achievement of these overall objectives, certified to ISO 14001:2015 for the benefit of our employees and customers.

Training and Development

Investment in continuous learning
Ongoing committment to cultivating a positive culture for employees.

Priding itself on its core team of highly trained experts, Continu invests in training and development for its engineers on an ongoing basis, regularly sending staff on world class training programmes in Europe. All staff are engaged in ongoing training, continous professional development and succession planning.

Whilst ongoing training is a major investment for a small business, we believe this is one of the most important investments we must make to stay ahead of emerging technologies and to be able to continue to offer customers and our team across Ireland the best technical expertise.

Continu has achieved ‘key supplier’ status with some of the top businesses in NI, ROI and Great Britain specifically due to the technical capability of its people and a consistent level of service quality.

“William Coates provides M&E services for some of the most prestigious building projects in Ireland and the UK. The BT Shared Data Centre project involved a range of complex construction, mechanical & electrical activities associated with the development of two N+1 Data Hosting Centres at existing occupied sites which remained fully operational throughout. For the BT shared data centre project, we chose Continu to plan, design, install and commission the backup power solution. We were particularly impressed with their professionalism and competence throughout the project, enabling us to deliver to our client on time and within budget, without loss of supply or services to this critical site.

Throughout the project, Continu successfully delivered the specialist backup power component and demonstrated how they share our core values of Quality, Value, Service & Delivery. Ongoing  technical support and advice further enhances our relationship with Continu as the industry backup power  experts in Ireland.
