In 2000, our Managing Director, Tom Hall established Source Engineering, working as a service engineer for global UPS leader MGE UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Systems, part of Schneider Electric.
It was in 2008 that Tom – together with business partner, Alison McFadden – realised that customers were frustrated with the service support provided by large manufacturers. They decided there had to be a different, better way.
Not long after, Tom and Alison established Continu Ltd.
